On 31 May the BHW GROUP Ltd acquired Recovery Equipment Direct (RED). Previous owner, Philip Page will continue to remain involved with the business, and the existing staff and operating base in Warwick are being retained.

BHW’s Managing Director, Robert Ayres said: “We are delighted to welcome RED into our Group. Their product range and excellent mail order catalogue will enable us to expand and improve the service we provide to our existing customer base. It should also give us an opportunity to introduce the BHW winch products to a wider audience of recovery operators”.
